How to Set Up Single Sign-On (SSO)

Integrating with Your SSO Provider

We support Single Sign-On (SSO) with any SAML 2.0-based identity provider (like Okta, Azure AD, or G Suite). This allows your users to log in using their corporate credentials.

Configuration (For Admins)

Setting up SSO requires you to be an administrator.

1. Go to Settings > Security > SSO/SAML.
2. Here you will find the configuration values you need to provide to your identity provider (e.g., Entity ID, Assertion Consumer Service URL).
3. In your identity provider, create a new application for our platform and enter these values.
4. Your identity provider will give you a set of values in return (e.g., IdP SSO URL, Certificate). Enter these into our SSO settings page.
5. Enable the connection and test it.

Enforcing SSO

Once you've confirmed SSO is working, you can choose to make it mandatory for all users in your organization to log in this way.
